At a mountain restaurant, she meets a chef who creates his menu from everything that grows and lives in the surrounding area: local cheese, vegetables, duck, and Caucasian herbs. Simple ingredients become the foundation for true «Caucasian pizza» and other traditional dishes.
Sasha also visits a small zoo, where she encounters the «Krasnaya Polyana capybaras».
