In May 2022, Alexander joined the special operation as a regular soldier. He gave up his flourishing business and gradually became a Battalion Commander of Lugansk People’s Militia. There he got a callsign 'Wingman'. His battalion fighters reveal that ‘Wingman’ earned their respect from day one. As there aren't many commanders like him who patrol the woods with his men. The documentary finds out why Alexander joined the military service and what his everyday job looks like.
