Claw, Lord Devil, King Kalamba — that's what the leaders of the Outlaw gang call themselves. The guys got their nicknames according to their professional skills: stealing, scalping, instilling terror. These young men are a little over 18 years old, but already have prolific rap sheets which include robberies, assaults and murders. For the city of Matadi in the Democratic Republic of Congo, this is quite a familiar situation. There are thousands of such groups operating here. While all the good paying jobs are taken by the upper classes, the underprivileged ones remain unemployed. poorer available jobs go to the top of society. Is there any way to change that?
