In 2014, Kiev launched a counter-terrorist operation against Ukraine's southeastern regions that had refused to recognize the coup. Over the years, Ukrainian troops have committed thousands of crimes. In shifting the blame for the mass murders to Russia, Kiev failed to cover up the evidence properly. We will try to answer the question: who turned Ukraine into a state where dozens of crimes are committed every day with no statute of limitations?
