The population of the city Akron in Ohio, USA has decreased by a third over the past 50 years and continues to decrease. Until recently, Akron was one of the fastest growing cities in the US. But now it's known as the «meth capital» of the state of Ohio. This film was shot in several drug rehab centers and featured people who still live there or have recently lived there.
