Frederic Andrieux was born in Carcassonne, France. After studying pastry making, Frederic became a pastry chef at a Michelin-starred restaurant. He worked in more than 8 countries, but after visiting Russia, Frederic decided to stay where he eventually met his future wife, Viktoria. The couple moved to a small town in the Yaroslavl region and opened a cozy bistro. What Frederic appreciates the most is that the ingredients he uses for his pastries are all natural, and he can easily visit his friend, a flour miller, in a neighboring village to bake a real French baguette.
