Their self-sufficient town provides everything they need, from toys to livestock feed. Each resident has a role, ensuring efficient recycling. Zabbaleen boasts its own rules, an unofficial mayor, shops, cafes and even a school. While they dream of better lives, they take pride in their socially important work.
